Serving Suggestions

Add tummy loving foods to salads, soups, sandwiches, stir fries, with roasts, barbecues & burgers
Try them as a condiment, ingredient or side dish to give a flavourful zing of taste to any meal or snack.
For a great tasting, traditional kraut, eat cold or slightly warmed, but avoid cooking at high temps.

When it comes to flavours & varieties of cultured veggies, then the world is your oyster. I chose these three varieties to start off with so that there is  something for every taste, whether that’s the classic refreshing zing of the Original, the might & spice of the Kimchi Kraut, or the more subtle yet vibrant, earthy tones of the Beet Kraut.
